Refunds, Returns, Warranty and Liabilty Policy
Introduction
Thank you for shopping with Twocan Africa International (“We” “Our” “Us”). We aim to provide high-quality Push-to-Talk Over Cellular (PoC) radios and exceptional customer service. We understand that things can go wrong and therefore offer refunds and returns and give warranty under the following conditions:
1. Returns

Time Frame: You have twenty one (21) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your PoC radio must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your return product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original mode of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:

Custom or personalized PoC radios.

Items on sale or clearance.

Software or digital services associated with the PoC radios.
For avoidance of doubt, refunds will only be issued if we are unable to provide a replacement for the product.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, kindly contact us. Note that you will cover the shipping costs for defective or damaged items.
4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
5. Liabilty
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the products purchased from Us. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of information. Our maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall be equal to the purchase price of the product(s) you ordered.
6. Warranty
Our PoC radios come with a six (6) months warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. To file a warranty claim, contact us with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
Spare Parts shall be available for a period of four (4) years from the date of shipment. We reserve the right to adjust the price of spare parts without prior notice.
Repair and replacement of PoC radios is to be performed only by the manufacturer or its authorized Distributor. Any unauthorized repair and replace work shall void the warranty. You shall be responsible for any damages or claims arising from any unauthorized work on the PoC radios.
Reseller shall be fully responsible for satisfaction of its resellers and customers under warranty.
Before sending damaged or defective Products back to us for warranty repair and replacement, Contact us to obtain a return material authorization.
Reseller share bare the shipping costs for repairing and or replacing the defective PoC by us or the manufacturer, where necessary.
